Doctors and scientists I follow on twitter were talking about this video today, and I definitely recommend watching it & clicking through and reading more on the thread. Honestly, magnesium really wasn’t on my radar at all before this, but I think I might pick up some magnesium supplementation next time I’m at the store, now!
Great video on #magnesium from @YorkCardiology.
At least there are some enlightened doctors out there!@LoveInYourTummy @BluesteinLinda @LucindaNatDoc @jenbrea@BendyBrain @HannahPopsy@Laconic_doc @H2OhTwist @HalsteadDr https://t.co/7eWbstjhd5— Emma Reinhold (@DrEReinhold) November 4, 2019
Importantly, magnesium seems to help a lot more than just cardiac health:
I think it’s helpful to look beyond cardiology at the different symptoms of magnesium deficiency. It’s much more complex than just how it impacts on the cardiovascular system. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that these are symptoms & complications of hEDS/MCAS/dysautonimia, etc pic.twitter.com/q5XU9ShkUV— Lisa Jamieson (@LoveInYourTummy) November 4, 2019
